Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This policy explains how TRG Capital Enterprises LLC ("TRGPay", "we") collects and uses information on trgpaynow.com and in TRGPay pay links, receipts and emails.
2. What we collect

We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Who we share it with
- The business you are paying (your payment status and the details on the invoice).
- Our payment processor, to process card and ACH payments.
- Banks involved in moving your payment.
- Service providers that host our systems under confidentiality obligations. Our servers are operated by us on infrastructure rented from Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany, so your information is stored and processed outside the United States.
- Law enforcement or regulators when required by law, or to protect against fraud.
4. How long we keep it
Payment records are kept for at least five years after the payment, to meet tax, accounting and anti-fraud recordkeeping obligations. Sign-in codes expire within 10 minutes; security logs are kept for up to 12 months.
5. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), restricted administrator access with one-time sign-in codes, and an information security program designed to meet the FTC Safeguards Rule (16 CFR Part 314). No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you of a breach affecting your information as required by law.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws (for example California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and others) have the rights those laws provide, and we will not discriminate against you for using them. Email payments@trgpaynow.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will verify your request before acting on it.
7. Children
TRGPay is not intended for anyone under 18.
