Electronic Records Consent

Under the federal E-SIGN Act, we need your consent to provide records to you electronically.

1. What you agree to

By opening a TRGPay pay link and making a payment, you agree that we may provide invoices, payment confirmations, receipts, refund notices and other records about that payment electronically, by email or on trgpaynow.com.

2. Paper copies and withdrawing consent

You may request a paper copy of any record at no charge, or withdraw your consent to electronic records, by emailing payments@trgpaynow.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect records already provided, and you can still pay the business by another method it accepts.

3. What you need

A device with a current web browser, an email account, and the ability to view or save web pages and PDF files. Keep your email address current with the business so receipts reach you.
